Do I need to prove where I work?+
No. Anyone with an Indian mobile number can join. We only check that the photo on your pass is you.
How do I use it at a shop?+
Open the offer in the PhorixPass app and show the QR code. It refreshes every 30 seconds, and the cashier sees your photo to confirm it's you.
Can I cancel?+
Plans are yearly. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account and stay covered until the end of the year you paid for.
My employer pays for PhorixPass. Do I still pay?+
