1. The listing
PhorixPass, run by Kranotech Studios, lists your member offers so PhorixPass members can find and use them. Listing is free during the pilot and we take no commission. We never process your sales or hold your money: members pay you directly at your counter.
2. Your details
The business name, owner, GSTIN, branches and contact details you give us must be true and kept up to date. You must be allowed to act for the business. We review every new business and offer before it goes live and may decline or remove a listing.
3. Honouring offers
- You fund your own discounts and must honour every live offer for verified members, under the conditions, days and branches you set.
- Offers must be accurate and lawful and must follow the ASCI code: for example, “up to” claims must be genuinely available.
- You can pause an offer at any time. Changes to a live offer are reviewed again before members see them.
- Repeated complaints that an offer wasn't honoured may lead to suspension.
4. Checking members
Always scan the member's QR code or enter their 6-digit code in the PhorixPass Merchant app or portal, and compare the photo we show you with the customer. Use “Face doesn't match” if it isn't them. Staff logins are your responsibility: give cashiers their own logins and remove them when they leave.
5. Member data
You will see a member's first name, member number and photo when you check a pass. Use this only to verify the member at that visit. Do not copy, store or share it, or use it for marketing. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
6. Fees
Listing is free. Paid extras such as featured placement will only apply if you choose them, at the price shown when you buy.
7. Ending the listing
You can stop at any time by pausing your offers and asking us to close the account. We may suspend or end a listing that breaks these terms. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited, and we are not liable for loss of business. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
